Tea not only to Drink............

Now you can take all the goodness of Eden Grove’s Estate Organic White Tea and make a superb, delicious meal. Eden Grove’s Organic White Tea, with Ceylon spice for fish & meat, will provide you, your family, and guests with a truly unique culinary experience.

White Tea is a rare tea treasure. The most tender and soft after-buds are hand-plucked only two days of the year in early spring. The workers carefully hand-pick the silver buds and select leaves. The tea is then simply air-dried in natural sunlight to help preserve more of the natural antioxidant properties of Organic White Tea.

Different types of tea yield different marble colors. Green tea yields exquisite yellow shades.
This tea is also scrumptious with fish, beef, pork, lamb or chicken, and it has the added benefit of tenderizing meats. But don’t limit yourself to just one recipe!

I’ll drink — and eat — to that!

Tea Rub Chicken Serves 4

1 cup Eden Grove Organic White Tea Rub for Chicken
4 boneless chicken breasts with skin
¼ cup Cold press olive oil
2 shallots, minced
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

1. Spread the Eden Grove Organic tea rub on a large plate and dredge the chicken breasts in it on both sides.

2. Take the leftover Eden Grove Organic White Tea Rub for Chicken and mix with the cold press olive oil, shallots and lemon juice/zest. Grind fresh peppercorns and salt to taste into the paste and brush on the breasts.

3. Grill over coals about thirty minutes, turning every five minutes and basting with the reserved marinade.
