Green Tea
Green Tea is also made of the young tender tea leaves; and only differs from black tea in the way it is processed. It is something that is basically coming from the ancient Chinese civilizations; now modernized to suit present day requirements. Its rich goodness can be gauged from an old Chinese proverb which says,

"Better to be deprived of food for three days, than tea for one."

Green tea is very commonly used for conditions such as obesity, weight loss and as dietary supplements. Unlike most of the other medicinal prescriptions that contain inorganic compounds and chemicals that have harmful after effects and cause damage to your internal organs, green tea is very safe to take and has an awesome line of health benefits; starting from the ancient
